2. Finding the Right Residents - Every APM resident undergoes a full credit and criminal background check as well as employment and income verification. Rents are collected by the fifth day of each month. Rental proceeds and late fees are paid on a predetermined date. In the event of late payments, collection practices are started promptly and evictions, should they be necessary, are handled in a timely and efficient manner to reduce the chance of difficult or costly situations.
3. On-Demand Access to Your Account - As an APM client you will have access to our secure Owner Portal where you can see all documents and information related to your rental property. Enjoy Real-Time Communication and visual reports documenting your expenses and income on your property. Each month you will receive detailed reports and statements. At the end of the year you are provided with a comprehensive statement for your tax records. You always know exactly where you stand regarding your investment and what we have done to manage its well being.
